This guy Michael Chandler, I don't think he knows how to do the roof repair. I am repenting that I picked him for my roof repair, he has done more damage than the repair. On top of that he is so rude, i called him for estimate and I told that i will give a call then he demanded $150 for the visit(thou he had written free estimate on the sheet he left at my door). I hired him for the job, after the work was complete I came to know he has not done what he promised. The parts he fixes on my roof started falling down after couple of days when it was little windy. I gave him a call to come and remove falling part, he did not turn up. I called him again and he says he can not come. I would not recommand him for any kind of work.

Make sure you pick correct handyman for your job. I pick Michael Chandler. Sadly, I pick wrong. He came out with his team to fix my property. He promise permanent fix. What I got was temporary fix. Like other user said... sloppy work. When asked to fix the problem, he wanted to charge more. I think I got ripped off. I do not recommend Michael Chandler or this company to anyone.

Would not recommend them. Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful to property. Paid them to fix a problem only to have to pay more later to another contractor to get it fixed correctly. Buyer beware.
