When real life hits...I work with clients who are dealing with complicated real life issues: anger management, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, marital problems, adolescent issues and behavioral problems, chemical dependency, divorce recovery, trauma recovery, addictions and compulsive behaviors, and behavioral issues, providing prenatal and postpartum counseling.I utilize a holistic approach which focuses on mind (talk therapy), body (wellness) and soul (meditation, yoga, and spiritual issues). CBT, EMDR, DBT, Yoga Therapy, & Gottman Method Couple TherapyWork to empower individuals, groups and families who have or is currently dealing with domestic violence, stress, transition, anxiety, depression, and codependency; specialize-couples, chemical dependency, trauma, aftermath of suicide & eating disorders, prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum.
