Highly unorganized. Before my appointment even happened they called me SIX times to take down the same information and confirm my appointment, despite me giving the info each time before. Canceled my shoot because I have no faith in a team that can't take down a simple appointment and email address. I'm not willing to spend that kind of money if they aren't doing their job.
