I'm leaving this review as I'm in the store now. We made our order back in March, Martha said it would be ready the 1st week of June, it is now July 29th and NONE of our order is ready.They asked for more time when I 1st came back in June because 1 of the ladies no longer worked there & we did. Every week it was "can you give us another week, please?" and we obliged.She then had the nerve to give me an attitude about a tiara I was interested in, but hadn't paid for because I said I would pay for it when I picked up our custom order. So if they custom order isn't ready, then I'm not driving 25 min out of my way for a tiara just to come back for my custom order.She LIED and said half of our order was ready, well, as we are here now - NOT A DAMN THING IS READY!!!!!!And now they tell us we can't get a refund because it was partially done.So now we're sitting, & have been for about an HOUR, waiting on her to finish what she lied & said was already done.I had to have my fianc drive almost 2 hours to get here just to get them to take us seriously and get our stuff done.They even went on VACATION, about 2 weeks ago, without telling anyone & before they finished our order. Yet they want us to be "understanding" of them falling behind. Don't take a friggin' vacation if you have back orders then!!!!We demanded the money back on everything that wasn't even started since our wedding is 26 days away.Do yourself a favor and NEVER come here for your wedding, quince, or anything else.Btw, all we had done was some pillows & baskets. That's it. I could only imagine dealing with the stress of a big order like a dress.Estoy dejando esta crtica como estoy en la tienda ahora. Hicimos nuestro pedido en marzo, Martha dijo que estara listo la primera semana de junio, que es ahora 29 de julio y NINGUNA de nuestra orden est listo.Nos preguntaron por ms tiempo cuando yo primero regres en junio porque 1 de las seoras ya no trabajaba all y lo hicimos. Cada semana era "puedes darnos otra semana, por favor?" Y nos oblig.Ella entonces tena el nervio para darme una actitud sobre una tiara que me interes, pero no haba pagado porque dije que pagara para l cuando cog nuestro pedido de encargo. As que si el pedido personalizado no est listo, entonces no estoy conduciendo 25 minutos fuera de mi camino para una tiara slo para volver a mi pedido personalizado.Ella Mentimos y dijo que la mitad de nuestra orden estaba lista, as, ya que estamos aqu ahora - NO ES UNA COSA MALA EST LISTA !!!!!!Y ahora nos dicen que no podemos obtener un reembolso porque estaba parcialmente hecho.As que ahora estamos sentados, y hemos estado por alrededor de una hora, esperando en ella para terminar lo que ella minti y dijo que ya estaba hecho.Tuve que tener mi prometido conducir casi 2 horas para llegar aqu slo para conseguir que nos llevaran en serio y conseguir nuestras cosas hecho.Incluso fuimos de vacaciones, hace 2 semanas, sin decirle a nadie y antes de que termin nuestra orden. Sin embargo, quieren que seamos "comprensivos" de ellos que se quedan atrs. No tome un friggin 'vacaciones si tienes rdenes atrasadas entonces !!!!Exigimos el dinero en todo lo que ni siquiera se inici desde nuestra boda es de 26 das.Hazte un favor y nunca vienen aqu para su boda, membrillo, o cualquier otra cosa.Por cierto, todo lo que habamos hecho era algunas almohadas y cestas. Eso es. Slo poda imaginarme lidiando con el estrs de una gran orden como un vestido.

Martha y mi hija le coment la idea ella sonri y se le qued viendo, le dijo que color te gustara y mi hija seleccion el color. Le tomo las medidas. woooooooow cuando fuimos y vimos el vestido quedamos sorprendidas de lo hermoso que qued. Bueno creo que ya ustedes lo conocen ya que es el popular vestido COUNTRY. A y todava la Sra. Martha le dio a mi hija el Gran Privilegio de modelar el famoso vestido, wooow MUCHAS GRACIAS SRA. MARTHA GUTIERREZ POR SU GRAN TRABAJO, POR SU GRAN EQUIPO, GRACIAS POR TODO.

Wooow. Es la mejor tienda que conozco. Mi hija y yo fuimos y hablamos con la Sra. Martha ya que mi hija tenia una idea de lo que ella quera. Ya que ella quera un vestido country la Sra. Se le qued viendo y le dijo que color quieres y mi hija escojio el color y el resultado creo que ustedes ya lo vieron es el vestido country que mi hija a modelado ya que la Sra. Martha le dio ese Gran privilegio de modelar wooow estoy tan agradecida con ella.

The ladies at this Bridal store are wonderful! They really helped take the pressure out of all the planning and the things that had to be done to make my daughter's special day. It is a one stop shop. They gave me great prices so I would not have to shop around for the best prices. When the cake was delivered I totally forgot the decorations for the table. The ladies were so sweet, they decorated the table for me so I would not stress and when they were finished it turned out to be prettier then the decorations I had planned. They really went the extra mile.
