WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I ordered my gown SEVEN months in advance and cannot believe the hateful dealings of these people. I wish I had read other people's reviews on the web before I invested almost $2,000 on what I believed was my dream dress & veil. Alterations have been a disaster, with M'Bird blaming the bride for everything. Although my saleslady was incredibly sweet and motherly, the customer service ended there. The excuses and insults have been unbelievable. Blaming alteration probs on the bride's self-esteem; the bride adding length to the hem; the bride choosing to wear shorter heels; and best of all... the bride having breast implants removed since time of fitting. All the while they claim, "WE DON'T MAKE MISTAKES"... AND... "WHEN THE BRIDE IS UNHAPPY WITH HERSELF THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT". These people are absolutely unbelieveable. *Wherever you shop, be sure to use your credit card so you have a CHANCE for recourse if things go badly.

I have mixed feelings about this bridal shop. I purchased my wedding dress, veil, bridesmaids dresses and my flowergirl dress from there. My experience was fine until they ordered the wrong flowergirl dress. While I was willing to take part of the blame for this mistake, they put full blame on me. All I wanted to do was come to a reasonable compromise and I had to fight tooth and nail to do that. After a week of arguing back and forth they finally decided to reimburse me for 1/2 of the dress. I do recommend this shop, but I suggest you very carefully check your order. Have them read it out loud to you, make sure they write everything down and triple check everything and you should be okay.
