The incompetent staff of Signature Pointe caused the death of our father. The management then fabricated their own version of the horrific event, which seven family members witnessed. The TX Board of Nursing RULED that the Signature Pointe staff did indeed cause the death of our father. Additonaly, Signature Ponte management was found to have destroyed the original medical records and they created a Signature friendly version of the event, to cover up their actions. Beware of this facility! They have been shown to care more about the money than the well being of the people they are supposed to be caring for.
