I have changed this review from a 1 to a 3 star because the damaged window was fixed February 17th finally ! The job was supposed to be completed July 2, 2015. The problem started when fine cuts on one window of a new dodger (cabin door cover) were noticeable and reported to the owner Bob Castle October 24th. It took 2 dozen phone messages, 2 letters, photos, a Better Business Bureau complaint, several calls to his competitor, to fix the window.
The most infuriating part is Bob's response on our Better Business Bureau complaint that the window cuts were "impact" or "stress" damage .which implies WE caused the damage which is nonsense since the window is covered except when sailing a few hours a month. Bob NEVER inspected the window after the July installation and had NO basis for this accusation. Another infuriating part is Bob showing up at our dock unannounced Dec 21st....NO phone.. call when our boat was in a repair yard one block away.

Ocean Canvas, Bob Castle, provided me with the most professional canvas service, dodger/bimini/shade panels, sail cover, and life raft cover, I have ever experienced. Bob was prompt to provide a bid, explain the schedule for measurements and installation. He was very knowledgable and easy to work with when I requested changes in order to install new solar panels stitched into the bimini. He worked well with my other contractor to coordinate the project and it looks perfect. I can't thank Bob, and his right hand man John, enough for their expertise and professionalism. I would recommend Ocean Canvas to any mariner looking for canvas options. I would be pleased to show his work to anyone who is interested in replacing their boat's canvas.
