I don’t know why people are posting such terrible things, I came in during a vet visit to adopt my dog and witnessed the dogs being cared for and vaccinated myself, they were honest and accommodating the whole time. I even witnessed a crazy women coming in trying to adopt a dog and they kindly asked her to come back because she was aggressively telling them they needed to approve her application right then and there. People don’t realize these dogs come from places that they are left to die or come sick and this kind and helpful organization is doing what they can to get them better and keep them alive. If people knew anything about rescue they would know that patience is the one thing these animals need. No one is perfect but I can say that tails of courage is a place that loves and cares for their animals more than they do themselves. Everyone out there leaving these terrible reviews don’t know what it means to be a true rescuer. Keep it up tails of courage you guys are wonderful!

Should be closed down. Filthy. Dogs kept in muddy kennels, outside, and in below freezing temperatures. Sick dogs not receiving. adequate care. Inside the smell is overwhelmingly disgusting. Very small house, only three rooms used for dogs-upstairs is rented out. Pictures on the website are deceptive. These dogs are not rescued- they are out of luck if they end up here. Oh and they never answer the phone.

Terrible. Sad. We adopted a dog that was kept outside in the freezing cold, in feces and mud. She was skin and bones. I just could not leave her there. No surprise she turned out to be very sick also. Very expensive, but she is recovering. I believe she would have died soon if we did not rescue her from this rescue.
