Hancock Associates has been recognized in Eastern Massachusetts as a leader in the land development industry since 1978. During this nearly 30-year period it has expanded its professional offerings and service region. Currently with four offices: Danvers, Lakeville and Marlborough, MA, and Salem NH, its territory now includes Central and Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. The company offers specialized credentials, including OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Training, and MBTA and AMTRAK Contractor Safety Training. Hancock s staff has contributed their skills to a myriad of project types: residential, commercial and retail development; hospitals, assisted-care facilities and medical buildings; school and university improvements; and Superfund, hazardous waste and landfill sites.
