The WORST Pier 1 store I have ever encountered! Most sales associates are very unfriendly and most unprofessional all for one of which I am aware. Appears they don't have time to wait on their customers; appears they don't care if they sell anything for the store or not. When I asked for assistance in locating an item, of which the one they had was damaged and I did not want to purchase, by contacting another one of their stores, it was apparent I was causing them work and they were even rude to me when I asked them to help me. Because of this treatment, I called other stores myself in the surrounding area and ALL were most cooperative and helpful in finding me a store in the Chicago area which carried the item and even mailed to me, UNLIKE the Davenport store. Wise up Davenport Pier 1, you are losing high buying customers and in time, this behavior of your sales associates will cause you to close your doors!
