I doubt that seriously happened. This was probably your first time visiting the office and they have to get lab work before anything else is prescribed. People tell how they want others to perceive something but I have never had any problems with this office!! You probably had issues before coming to the doctor or your over 55.

After waiting 1.5hours past the time of my appointment I was seen by the doctor for a total of 3 minutes (really, I timed it). The doctor referred me to the lab--where I went to have work done. It was not until after the work was complete (bloodtest and all) that I noticed that the technician was not wearing gloves! Very scary. I have never filled out a "rate it" recommendation but truly wish I had known about the poor customer care of this place before I went there. Don't be fooled by the helpful office staff---it is what happens behind the waiting room that you should be concerned about!
