I had to take my beloved bird in to be euthanized due to beak cancer and they were the most compassionate, caring people. I could not have asked for more understanding and compassion during a very sad time for me. They even sent me a sympathy card for my Larry Lovebird. I would highly recommend them for all your avian needs
