About Janet My name is Janet Harder and welcome to my webpage! I have been in the mortgage industry since 1997. I began working at Homestead Funding in the Operations Department and twelve years later I am back as the Assistant Branch Manager in the newly opened Delmar Branch. Throughout my years of learning the mortgage business I have experienced the ups and downs of the market. The one thing that always remained constant has been my dedication to providing excellent customer service.
