      Country living 5 minutes from town. Our park is located just outside the city limits of Denison on highway 69. We have plenty of mature pecan trees so there's lots of shade. The park is well cared for by the owners who live on the property. Our lots are 40' x 80' and all have 30 & 50 amp power, water and sewer. Garbage sewer and Wi-Fi are all included in your lot rent which is only $200.00 per month. Wether you need a spot for overnight, a week ,a month, or a year come see us we will hook you up. We are 5 minutes from shopping, a new hospital with trauma center and several schools. Its only about 15 minutes to Lake Texoma and the Red River where you will find fishing and water sports. Historic Downtown Denison and Dwight D Eisenhower's Birth place are just minutes away. Its a great place to live, please call for more information. We welcomeTiny Little Houses
