The Doctor's that I have seen are great. The nursing staff is great. HOWEVER, the front office staff are rude and have a snippy attitude, seriously they need to realize that patients need to be treated nice and not called rude and ignored. And charging a $5.00 fee for paperwork to be filled out is crazy. I can see if there is 20 pages but one for one page. I will be looking for a different doctor, I don't need to be treated like that or nicked and died to death.

They were very friendly, but very unprofessional when if came to valid information. Was told that to run specific tests would be covered by my insurance, found out 5 months later when I was served a collection letter for $190 that it WAS NOT covered by my insurance.

Was also told to come in for an additional text, when I showed up for my appointment, they had neglected to tell me it would cost $200 up front for the procedure. I do not carry that sort of money around with me, so ended up wasting my time to take off from work for no reason at all, since I was unable to pay for the procedure.
