Unfortunately I've been a client of this co. for 3 years. They've charged me for services performed that I NEVER ASKED FOR (they said they came & trimmed my bushes 2 days after my husband had done it himself!), and seemed to show up to mow 'when it was convenient for them,' even when the grass is wet! What a joke! The mowing teams use those riding mowers that dig huge chunks out of your grass, & then when u call to complain it's a big inconvenience for them to come out. I can't help that their mowers can't do their jobs. Chad is very rude & his wife Sheree takes the cake...she acts like she has much better things to do than talk to you when you have a concern. We were charged $16 for them to come out & do some touch ups on some spots they missed that didn't even require a mower & then they tried to say it was due to the type of grass we have. Give me a break!!! We got the $16 credited to our account yesterday, then today the mowers show up without any notice & mowed! Our back gate was locked so I'm not sure how they got back there, but in our opinion it was trespassing as we didn't know they were coming & didn't authorize the mow. So that's how they decided to recoup their $16.00 that they credited to our acct on 6/3 plus get an additional $14.00 from us...Chad is a sneaky & underhanded businessman. I wouldn't trust him with anything. I thought things would change & that's why I stayed w/them for so long...but no more. I know there are reputable companies out there that would love to have my business. This place should be closed down. Buyer beware...

I called these guys In the beginning of the month of march to talk about prices and services. I thought wow finally have found a company who can do it all. Fert, Mow, Trim my shrubs, Also Trim my Trees! I was given prices over the phone for all the services except the trees, the owner would need to come out and give a est. Chad came out we talked about the trees, he recommended we raise the canopy and thin the trees out to maximize sunlight so the grass will grow to full potential. The firs cleanup was done and the following week the guys came out to do all the tree work. To let everyone know we are very pleased with this company and would recommend to any family members, or church members, also fellow employees. Thanks top to bottom

This company never returns calls or emails. After two months of frustration trying to contact someone to get them to repair sprinkler heads they chopped off, I left a voice telling them I did not want their service any longer. The next day, they mowed my lawn which was two days before the scheduled service. When I told them I would not pay for that mowing, they claimed they require 24 hours notice to cancel. Two weeks later I got a bill. Now they send me another bill every month with an added late charge. They also said they will not repair the sprinkler heads because I canceled service and therefore they are not responsible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would give this company less than one star if it were possible. After closing my account, they continued to charge me as though they were still coming out to mow & weed eat-which they weren't.After the first charge for yard work that was never done, I left them a voice mail. Never heard back. I wasn't too surprised at this-they would rarely, if ever return phone calls or emails when I was a customer.Today, I received a notice that they have charged me AGAIN for lawn service which was never done. Even worse... they have sent this "bill" to collections!If you hire these guys, be prepared to keep on paying long after you close your account.

These guys were very detailed and me and the hubby were glad we decided to use these guys. We had a huge tree over our house, patio,& landscape. These guys knew what they were doing! Highly recommended.... The Millers
