One star they don't even deserve that, they were very unprofessional, used crude language and damaged personal property, save yourself, time, money and patience do not use this company. I am even calling the Better Business Bureau to see if they do anything for this company who actually claims they service air ducts. I work with alot of contractors and I can't believe that these people are still in buisness.

Called A-Absolute Air Duct Cleaning on Thursday and they scheduled a service call on Saturday. They were on time. Very friendly and courtious employees. It tok about 2 1/2 hours to complete the cleaning. Overall we were very satisfied with the service received from A Absolute. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a new home that needed the chimney cleaned for safety of house fires so I called them. The worker came never looked down my chimney before or after he "cleaned" it, he had two types of broomheads that he used manually to scrub my chimney and them was done. I asked him about cleaning the smoke shelf and his response was "Whats that?" I explained what it was and that it should be cleaned and he said "I don't know how you would do that." (it requires a smoke shelf brush and a shopvac). He was finished and I was told where I can clean using a wire brush to finish and that I should have a shopvac. When I looked in my chimney there was still creosote visible within reach and even on the back wall of the fireplace which he said was soot(soot doesn't build up off of the wall and stay there). On top of all of this I didn't have a cap on the chinmey yet, so when he never looked outside and then shoved his brush out the top he knocked of the wire and bricks and almost hit my daughter.

A Absolute waste of money

Ripoffs, If you don't agree to there many upsells, they will not do the job you paid then to do and you will be calling them back. Watch them while they work or be prepared to call someone that will do the job right.
