A great moving experience from start to finish. We took everything inside our house. It was a very big move with luggage weight more than 14000 lb. Not a single item was damaged during the move. The moving guys from Altitude were very professional, friendly and efficient. I don’t remember their names but I am very thankful for the wonderful job that they did.

In the past, I’ve had movers who were either careless in handling my stuff or are entirely clueless as to what to do with them. But these guys are different. Finally completed the unpacking process yesterday and I gotta say, my move went well because of Altitude. Unlike other moving services I called, they gave me a reasonable rate, answered my questions and educated me about what to expect. Moreover, they were prompt, quick and careful.

Even my mom who witnessed them move, complimented them repeatedly. They even offered to help me dispose of the trash. 2 thumbs up! I could even give more if I could.

It was my first time using Altitude and definitely won’t be my last if possible. I found them after the previous ones I called decided to cancel my move. Sadly, I can’t find them here. I would’ve given them a review. Anyhow, Altitude’s quote was approximated based on the details I’ve provided over email. Most boxes were already packed, so they didn’t do much packing except for a few furniture. Still it was done efficiently. They even maximized the truck’s space by made sure everything was transported in one trip. I was quite worried because the truck was packed like sardines and it might cause damages. Surprisingly, everything came out well at the other end! No complaints here! Cheers!

A 3-man crew arrived at exactly the scheduled time and worked quickly, while handling my furniture with care. They were truly the best, most mindful movers we've ever had (and we have moved a lot). The quote was competitive to begin with. Good communication, movers showed up on time and did a very careful and thorough job. We had a lot of bulky things and the move was long and complex at times, but the crew was excellent and full of energy.
