The company has a large inventory to choose from with plesant staff
Our Salesman went out of his way to lie and deceive our entire staff about an inspection made, before selling us our forklift. We waited over 3 months for the forklift ordered to be delivered; being lied to about the situation the entire time as well...... Buyer beware THIS COMPANY IS UNETHICAL and chooses to continue to do business in this manner!!!
Consumer BEWARE of this company!!! You get what you pay for!!! My company was sold a forklift as is. We were told by the salesmen it had been fully inspected prior to our purchasing the vehicle from them. They clearly did not inspect the vehicle AT ALL!!! Since the purchase the battery has died, which was very old to begin with, and we have had to ask an outside forklift repair company to come in and fix our current issue of there being so much plastic up in the inner workings of the left tire that it was unable to move. They were also very unhelpful in both situations. We waited days for them to come out on service calls. If you feel like being PUT THROUGH THE RINGER go with these guys!
Had a really great experience working with Cisco! We needed to replace an aging forklift in our warehouse and he was able to walk me through the process quickly and easily. We couldn't be happier with our new forklift or the great price and service we received. Thanks Discount Forklift and thanks Cisco!
I was given the task of buying a forklift for our new warehouse. I was unsure what we needed but Noel Ray was fantastic teaching me all I needed to know. He brought me down to their facility & I was very impressed by their operation. We went with a new OCTANE Forklift & all my guys love it. Noel made me the hero in my guys eyes! I will recommend them to all my family & friends.
I wish I could give a zero star rating!! I would not recommend this company to purchase a forklift. After many months of looking for a refurbished forklift to replace our outdated forklift we came in contact with Steve Perez from Discount Forklifts. We thought we were getting a great deal on a used Forklift. What we got was a piece of junk with a good paint job. We have not had the unit for even a month and we have experienced nothing but problems. We have overheating, leaking coolant, and broken forks.
This is not only a safety hazard but bad business practice.
Items Steve promised to include in the purchase price were not included (and we paid a pretty good amount believe me).
His response to our issues were - "it’s been twenty- five days since we delivered ...any cost would be at your expense"
Twenty Five Days, and they aren't willing to cover the cost or help with any repairs on a faulty machine they sold to us.
I would recommend shopping elsewhere for your forklift needs, its worth the extra time and extra couple dollars to find a company that is willing to stand behind what they sell.
