Purchased $1,500 worth the Granite from Omar at Lighthouse Natural Stone and it was the biggest mistake ever. The fabricator came out for his template measure but didn't speak hardly any English so it was tough for me to ask questions and tell him where things would be going. Granite arrived after fabrication with the faucet holes in the wrong spot! Lighthouse admitted to mistake and replaced the incorrect piece of granite with another piece. Installers arrived to remove incorrect granite and tore it out like they were doing a demo. Left big holes in BRAND NEW DRYWALL and didn't think twice about it. I wouldn't do business here again if I had a coupon for 90% off.

I used Lighthouse for a granite install in my kitchen. Initially we picked out a piece of granite, had the fabricator come in and measure our place for the template and we were told that we had enough granite for a backsplash. Turns out he calculated wrong and there wasn't enough. We purchased some tile from Lighthouse as our backsplash but after holding it up to the granite we didnt like it. We asked to return this and pick out another tile. Staff was unhelpful, told us that the tile was non refundable and never called us back. I have called several times. No where on the receipt for the tile does it mention non-refundable. The tiles are still in the original boxes and are perfectly fine, I even offered to return them at a discount and purchase different tiles but once again messages I left with the staff were not returned. It was like I didn't matter after they had my money. Bad job on their part. Make sure you go over the "fine print" that doesn't exist. I would not recommend.

Good prices good products and unbelievable personal service. They took the time to show us a number of finished installations to help us decide exactly what we were looking for. Delivered our travertine flooring almost 200 miles away. Helped us find another vendor for a product they dont handle. Definitely five star service and then some!!
