The process by which the coach helps you verbalize the dreams and desires that will fulfill your life and helps you see what you already know to be the solutions. We all learn patterns of behavior that guide our decisions, some we are aware of, some we are so familiar and comfortable with that we are totally unaware of how they limit our lives. Like the football coach helps the receiver see how he doesn't hold his hand to optimally catch the ball, the life coach helps the individual to see how his patterns get in the way of life's fulfillment. We all experience challenges in our day to day lives, be they crossroads in personal, business, or professional lives. We have issues with spouses, friends, business associates and family. How we deal with people in our lives is most often driven by our habits, many of which we are not at all aware. It is the coach's responsibility to help you to see and learn new behaviors, if you choose to, in order to move your life forward.
