      They get one star due to you have to rate them. This company is a fraud! They broke things, stole our cleaning products. If LORD forbid, you do use them, stay home and watch them. They may steal your things, like they did our house cleaners.
      They broke a family heirloom and responded to my BBB complaint that you could buy it at any mall. It came from Germany. The manager lied and said I told her it was no bug deal. Not true.
      We looked at other cleaning companies and chose this place because we thought since it was more expensive that it would be better. NOT TRUE. I had the less expensive one come in right after Merry Maids and they were shocked how terrible of a job Merry Maids did.
      There are so many other great cleaning companies out there. Not Merry Maids. They are terrible and should be ashamed of the work they due. It is no wonder why they are available to clean often, they are horrid.
