Contracted with Walter Antencio, owner, to do landscaping project. He received $4,500.00 from us. In four weeks, he completed only a third of the project. His crew worked an average of three days, 2-3 hours a day. He then "ran out of money" and demanded more money. He then walked from the project, leaving us to find a reliable service. You know Walter is lying when he is moving his lips. Poor management, poor work ethic, deceitful and dishonest.
