A detailed, onsite inspection of the damage from both the perspective of an insurance adjuster as well as an experienced contractor. 2. Utilizing Aerial Pictometery, we are able to produce an Eagle View TM report of the property, confirming all roof measurements to the square inch. 3. With this data collected, our project manager will build a detailed report of the inspection. 4. Our project manager will then create a complete estimate using Xactimate software, the same software used by 92% of the insurance industry. Safety is not taken lightly at Team Construction.
