This gorgeous, fully-restored 1905 mansion is the perfect venue for your wedding, corporate event, gala fundraiser, or private party. From the elegant grand ballroom to the romantic rooftop patio overlooking historic City Park, As it was known throughout the years, the McPhee-McGinnity Mansion was purchased in 1981 as a social and corporate event site. A complete and thorough restoration took place adding an expansive grand ballroom allowing the mansion to host up to 300 guests. The rooftop patio above the ballroom accommodates an additional 120 guests, highlighting a backdrop of City Park and Denver’s weather in the warmer months. Currently operating as Denver’s premier boutique special event venue, Parkside Mansion offers a unique, exclusive and intimate setting. Reminiscent of a bygone era with towering columns, arched leaded glass windows, and rich paneled ceilings, Parkside will awe and impress. Located on the western edge of Denver’s City Park, views from the rooftop patio are unparalleled.
