I had Alpine Chimney come to my home because we had carbon monoxide in our home. We called another company first and they charged me a bundle and were not able to get the nest out of the vent that was causing the carbon monoxide. Alpine (specifically Janie) came out the same day, and was able to remove the nesting and had it done in less than an hour. The other company told me that we may have to remove walls since there was a dog leg in the venting. It was quite obvious to me that the first company I called did not have the tools for the job. I highly recommend Alpine Chimney, they are neat and know what they are doing and the price was more than fair.

I have top agree with the other 2 reviews. I called for an appointment for inspection and they did show up and perform it- prognosis was there was about 5 feet of leaves and sticks in the flue and they said the wall between the 2 flues was buckled and at any rate the chimney was unsafe and needed to be lined and immediately spit out a price of $3700.00 Since I have twice talked to Janie (owner)for her to come out and review the situation and to find out just what this price entailed. After rearanging my time twice, she has yet to show up and not even called. After the first no-show, the excuse she gave was a "long winded customer with a lot of questions". Having used this company 2-3 times in the past for cleaning, I was disappointed and feel that they are too busy to bother and will take my business elsewhere. DB - DSM

This company is not worth calling. I talked to a representative and set up time with them three or four times, but they did not show up and never called back to say that they would not come. I am not sure how they are still in business.
