I hired Gene to pick up my son from the airport to take him to the university he never showed up. I spoke with him his excuse was he gave his driver the wrong pick up time he would contact the driver and send him right away. After 4 hours being stranded at the airport in a new state the coach drove over an hour to get him. I am so disgusted with this service. I will NEVER use Gene's transportation again. I'm a disabled veteran and a member if the DAV I'm sharing this experience with everyone I know.

We're from out of state and needed a very important package delivered to a company in Des Moines on a specific day. Along with the delivery we needed Gene to get some papers signed and then immediately sent back to us to confirm delivery. After reading Gene's great reviews online we thought we'd take a chance with his company. The whole thing went off without a hitch. So glad we went with him. Very reliable and a pleasant guy.

I would recommend anyone needing taxi service in the Des Moines area call this company. Gene was very prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely call this company again if the need arises.

Gene is a nice man who does things meticuloursly. Talks politely and just plain takes you from A to B minus the fuss. He is reasonably priced and does not smoke in the car (while you are there and while you are not!)
