      Terrible customer service

      Order some pots from them online. Waited two weeks plus before contacting the company about my order. They then informed me that they thought they where going to be able to fill the orders but do to covid they couldn�t now.

      No big deal and I understand but it took me contacting them to find out. Now my plants are root bound for a week and starting to look terrible. I have to start my whole search process over again. I know for one in my industry if we run out of something we are expected to let the customer know ASAP so he can make informed choices. Again I understand it�s covid but could have done a million times better on the communication.

      Doesn't seem to care about customers or customer service

      I have shopped here many times, and spent over $1,000+ getting started in hydroponics/aquaponics. While knowledgeable I've noticed lately they act like I'm a "mark" and end up feeling like they think I'm someone to be fleeced and cheated if possible. Instead of recommending products to fit my requirements, they only offer the highest priced ones they carry and act like it is the only one available. Ex: I went to buy a $50 part, but they tried to sell me a $3,000 model. This was even after I pointed out what I was looking for. It didn't seem to bother them in the slightest I caught them out. This now seems to happen every time I go in there. I walk away feeling like they could care less about my business and are only trying to extract as much money from me as possible. You would think a steady repeat customer is something of value to a small business, not someone to take advantage of. They don't seem to understand the concept.
