Poor management, lacking professionalism, backwards regulations and rules, numerous safety issues. If interested in joining for union benefits you will find the benefits lacking and support from the union to be inefficient. I would never recommend anyone work here under any circumstances. AJM's corporate aspects are overwhelming, so much so that I cannot see how it is considered a union business. It seems more like a third world sweat factory.
