Rail Car shipping and receiving as well as numerous truck-loading docks are available. Heavy crane bays are also located throughout the facility. Resources are available for deliveries to be expedited as needed. Our logistics groups ensures proper shipment, on-time, to multiple destinations. About Us With over 100 y ears combined experience and success in the storage business, the Detroit Industrial Warehousing (DIW) team continues to achieve a major presence in Detroit, MI, while offering state-of-the-art warehousing services for industrial clients. We specialize in the storage of heavy equipment and tool - with the added benefit of providing rail car loading services. Customer products are safe in the DIW facility with our comprehensive security surveillance system which features exterior and interior cameras for 24-hour monitoring of the premises. DIW is located in Detroit's HUB-Zone, confidently located near major inter- and intra - state freeways and the Canadian border.

      Heavy Die, Tooling, Machinery and Equipment Storage. Storage of dies and tooling of all sizes is easily facilitated at DIW. Numerous crane bays are located throughout the facility. Trucks are able to drive into the building which enables expedited handling. Options are available for outside or inside storage of heavy dies and equipment. Parts Storage, Trailers Storage, Rack Storage: Our knowledge includes years in experience in storing parts for the OEM's. We are able to meet customer requirements by better understanding the needs of our clients. From manual release methods to advanced EDI, our inventory systems are state of the art. Product is prepared for shipment throughout the country, every day. DIW offers inside and outside storage. Heated and non-heated space is also available to assist in reducing cost to our customers. Import/Export Storage, Preparation/Distribution: Our strategic location and resources allow us to receive rail cars and trucks direct from ports around the country. Product can be prepped for re-shipment overseas. Value Add Services: Value adds services include the assembly of components that require packaging, and/or storage distribution.
