I have always been treated as friend by the staff, and I know them as very serious and consciences about the health and well being of all animals they see/treat. I can say they have provided my pets excellent care for the past 10 plus years.

The person that they have answering the phone is very rude. I called to ask a question and she was just snotty. I'll never go back to the Devils lake vet, I'd rather drive to another town and be treated with respect.
