I have to disagree with the post by Douglas M. I have used Mr. Horn for several years and have been very pleased. The "text message" style of writing leads me to believe that this gentlemen is not a profressional. Mr. Horn's staff is more then courteous and always available to help with any questions I have had. As for his rates, they are average for the sevices supplied, and more reasonable then some. He is honest and operates according to the law and quidelines. I have never suffered any ill affects from his services.
