I had lost my wife & family to alcoholism & drug-abuse. After my second DUI in three-years, my boss told me that I might lose my job, unless I made some major changes in my life. I had tried AA & had been an In-Patient in an expensive private hospital. I was on the verge of giving up on finding any place that I thought really cared if I got better or not. I looked in the local Douglasville phone book and found A Private Clinic. Even over the phone they really listened to me & encouraged me. I made an appointment & got evaluated; I was given TIME to explain my life & how I was felt. I also was encouraged, which gave me enough HOPE to come to Treatment there. The Staff were really informed & my Counselor was a recovering person with a Masters Degree which also gave me hope I could make a turn around. It has been 5 months since I completed my Treatment there. Not only did I get my sobriety & still have it, but also this Program is approved by the State so I am getting my License back.TMc
