Absolutely AMAZING group of trainers and my fellow athletes are great. Everyone is supportive, encouraging, inspiring, and each and every individual there takes a personal interest in seeing every other fellow crossfitter hitting PRs and doing what they never thought possible every single day. I cannot say enough about the trainers, the positive environment, and the inspiration this place has brought to Dover!
