They have always done a great job for me. I always say you need to try it for yourself before you decide as everyone has different expectations. Keep up the great work ladies!

Decided to get my nails done for an upcoming wedding. The owner herself did my nails. Simple acrylic French nails is what I wanted. None of the nails are the same length or shape. Several bubbles. The owner kept going back and forth between another one of her clients and me. Used the same tools on me as she did the other lady without cleaning them. Then she had me move to another station when a lady was finished. The station that I moved to, was not cleaned prior to my being placed there. Personally, I did not want to touch anything as I felt the entire place was unsanitary. There was a hair in the machine that dried your nails. How does that happen? Several machines had residue of spilled nail polish all over them. Wish that I would have listen to that little voice in my head that kept telling me to politely excuse myself and leave.

Horrible place. My acrylic nails started to fall apart after one or two days, which shouldn't happen. The owner was the one that did my nails too and she didn't even fill underneath them, which is odd, because I have been to a lot of nail salons and they have always fill underneath them. It just left my nails looking fake and not very durable feeling. I paid $37, it should have been worth it, but it wasn't. The clear part of my nails started to turn white after a day and then the popping off process started the day after that, which has never happened to me anywhere else, unless I forgot to get a fill for three weeks to a month. I will not go back there, that's for sure. I even talked to my friend about it and she said that she went in there once to get her nails done also and the same thing happened to her, so she started to go to Niles Nails instead, because they do much better work.



The day I left this place, there was a younger girl (probably high school age) and she kept trying to tell me that they're the best around and really cheap. I'm sorry, but for the price, they should do better work in there. I could have went to the drug store and bought a nail kit for half the price and did them myself, probably would have held up better. The glue didn't even want to stick when she was doing them, so she had to keep re-gluing. She didn't even push back the cuticles!



I'll stick to the "English is my second language" kind of place, because they always do nails right, they're a bit cheaper, and they actually have certificates all over the wall. This would be a good place to go if you didn't know any better or have never had your nails done by someone that knew what they were doing.

Spa Topia has a new and improved location. My experience with Val, who does my hair and pedi/mani has always been on time. She doesn't schedule if she cannot accomodate you. The prices are reasonable and the service I receive has always been quality. I would recommend Spa Topia. If you are lucky, Polish, Jackie's baby pup will be there to greet you.

Unorganized and just plain bad. I made a reservation for 3 pedicures about a week before the appointment. I wanted my mom, my daughter and myself to get pedicures done at the same time. I specifically made sure that they could do all three together. I was told no problem. We get there and they say, "Oh we thought it was just two". That was just the beginning. They started all three of us soaking at the same time. One lady started my mom and I was told that the other lady (owner) would be finished with her client in a few minutes and then get started on me. My daughter would then be done by someone (they never really said how that would work). Well my mom got done 30 minutes later and NO ONE had even started on me or my daughter. They asked my mom to sit somewhere else to dry...we said no...that was the whole point of coming in together. The lady that worked on my mom went back to her nail station and did nothing! FINALLY, the owner got started on my pedicure....all the while my mom was already done and my daughter has now been soaking for over 30 minutes. It gets better....I didnt get the same stuff done to me as my mom, even though we both got the basic pedicure. The owner stopped on mine to get started on my daughter and had her helper come work on me for a while but the helper didnt clean out from under my toe nails as she was instructed. Then they switched so the owner could finish my polish. It was all a HUGE MESS. The whole point of the three of us having this done was totally ruined!!!!! I have been at this place before when they first opened in their much smaller space and I wasnt happy then either. They have moved into a bigger space and I thought I would give them another try. NOPE....still bad! Dont waste your time or money. The places that barely speak english do a much better job....sorry to say.
