Simpson Meadows, located in Downingtown, Pa., is a continuing care retirement home that has been providing independent and assisted living, congregate care, and dementia care assisted living for more than 135 years. The center provides various services, such as daily meals and snacks, bed making, weekly housekeeping, spot cleaning, and flat linen and personal laundry services. It also offers other services that include reminder services, medication assistance, and social, spiritual, physical and cultural programs. The organization provides assistance and support service plans, including incontinence management, and assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene on a daily basis. It additionally provides services to residents with memory impairment and Alzheimer's disease and offers various dementia care and incontinent products for senior citizens.
