Drove 30 miles to buy an auto part here, only to get home and find out it was defective. Drove back and they replaced it with another without a problem, drove back home again, and it was defective..... WOW, what kind of store sells defective parts. Drove back, and returned it again, no problem... but they would not pay for my time to install it or my gas mileage, but did refund my money... I found out later that they put defective parts back on the shelf, because of their high theft problems.... OUCH, BEWARE!!!!

Poor Customer Service + Defective Parts + Lack Of Knowledge On Car Care = A Bad Place To Buy Auto Parts!!!

The worst place in Dubuque to buy auto parts. They feature very poor customer service, poor and defective parts at a high price (because of their high theft problem). Some days you'll even hear foul and vulgar language coming out of the back room.
