AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIEVES. Bought tires Sat but could not have them installed that day. Was told to come back Tues for install. Went in Tues at 10:30 to have tires put on. Was told it would be 2hrs so I waited. Mentioned to them that tires looked too large for my SUV. They assured me they would fit. By 4:30, 6 hours later, they finally had the tires on but they were too big. After losing 6hrs of work, I found a ride and left car until they could find correct tires. Called next day and their phone was disconnected. Went to shop and SUV was still on jacks with no tires. They said they could not find tires and to come back tomorrow. Returned next day, still no tires on vehicle. I needed vehicle to go to funeral so they put on two sets of mismatched tires. They said tires would be fine to drive on and was told they would find the correct tires and give me brand new ones at cost. Tires were way too big, rough riding, felt like it was going to tip over. Took vehicle to another place and had new tires put on with no issues. Tech there could not believe Budget Eco put these tires on my SUV. Said they've only seen these tires on large/dually trucks and that it could have damaged my drivetrain and was dangerous to drive on hwy. I returned a couple days later and Scott (owner) was not in. Was told he would call me. Never heard back. Went to shop for 6th time, gave Scott his mismatched tires back and presented my receipt. He told me he didn't have the money and to come back Tues and he would give refund. Returned Tuesday. Scott said they were closed and I said "yes, but you told me to come here on Tues at 5:30 for my refund". He said nothing and walked out the back door. I followed him and called his name but he ignored me. Filed police report for theft and contacted attorney general. Filing small claim next. These dough heads have taken advantage of so many others. DO NOT GO HERE. Police are well aware of what's going on out there. Can't wait to see these guys taken down.

Wish I could rate ZERO STARS. Our SUV was there for THREE days awaiting tires. They didnt have 4 matching ones to fit so ended up putting 2 sets of 2 on that were way too big. When we tried to return them, the owner was "not in" several times. We had to get brand new tires elsewhere because our vehicle was not safe to drive. Stopped in and ran into owner this weekend, said he didnt have the $ to pay us back but come back Tuesday...today. So we left the tires there and just went to collect our $....owner said "We're closed" and walked out the back door and would not respond to us and kept walking. So now we dont have the tires or the $. That is THEFT in my opinion. We will be doing everything possible to recoup our $ but just wanted to warn all of you.
