I came to this business to get my windshield fixed, when the job was done the manager Roy took my DEBIT card and swiped it. I noticed that it was taking long to print a receipt so I checked my banking mobile app, and saw the transaction go through. Then the receipt printed out and signed for it got my keys and left. Later that evening I checked my account again and noticed that this business charged my card TWICE for the same purchase $168.74. I called the business back and the receptionist told me that her manager, Roy did a credit check. I asked why did he do a credit check, I used my debit card, she then said she doesn’t know why. I spoke with the manager and he told me there’s nothing he can do I need to call my back because it was a computer error. I was extremely frustrated and I asked to speak to a supervisor because of the lack of carelessness and customer service. He gave me the District Manager’s number, Roger. Roger said the charge was going to fall of the next morning which is Friday, February 2nd 2018. He said he was going to give me a call back at noon to follow up but he did not. I called him back after 3pm and told him it did not fall off he said he was going to contact corporate. I took matters into my own hands and got all the information I needed from my bank regarding these transactions. My bank informed me that these transactions showed that it was processed TWICE in a matter of 2 minutes! I called coperate and spoke to the Regional Manager, Shannon Sands. She told a representative to tell me that the reason why it processed twice because the card declined the first time so he ran it again. I said if my card declined why wasn’t i informed until now after 3 different stories later? I then spoke to the regional manager myself, she immediately got on the phone very hostile and rude! As a regional manager she lacked basic customer service and intruded to say that I was wrong and my bank because on their end it only went thru twice, but on my end and my bank’s end it went thru twice. The reason why I’m complaining is because this business has charged my card TWOCE! Causing me to be late on my other bills, they have showed nothing but disrespect and empathy of my situation, I have yet to get an apology for this careless mistake, I have received 4 different stories and because I am persistent I have done my research and have seen that this is nothing new with this business in particular and there have been numerous of customers complaining about the same thing! I would like to not only report this business but I would like to sue this business and I demand for this place to either get new management throughout the business or shut it down! Because NO ONE should have to go through this with this rude, careless irresponsible place that they call a business! They were very inconsiderate of the matter every single person I spoke too acted as if my situation was not important!!!

I had a crack on my Honda Odyssey windsheild. I chose auto glass in Dudalk because the price fit my budget. After the service was done I was not satisfied at all. There was damage done to the roof of my car. There were scratches coming from under the rubber of the new windsheild. My car is not older than a year and the scratches were not there before. No one told me thiat scratches were done to the vehicle. When I went back to ask about the damages, no one cared, they refused to admit that they had done the damages. One man came to look at the scratches, not the technician, and just glanced and said that was there before. Yet he was not the technician. How would he know the scratches were there before. It was obvious the scratches came from the new installed windsheild. Customer service is terrible. I do not recommend getting service done here. My car roof looks terrible.

I had my windshield replace and the installer didn't remove the sticker on the windshield. I now have to drive a 100 miles to have a VA State Trooper to physically replace the sticker. I spoke with the Manager at the Dundalk, MD store and he rudely stated that there was "Nothing I Can Do". It was their error. Avoid these folks at all cost, poor customer service.

Best place around to get your windshield replaced! Over $50 cheaper then any other place I called. Amazing staff who are very friendly. Not one problem with the installation. Very fast! Would recommend to anyone looking to get a new windshield.

Is the glass cheaper, yes. But this place is ghetto and the jerk behind the counter is condescending. If you care about customer service and being treated politely, don't waste your time. The employees are a true reflection on the attitude you will get.
