Will never do any business with them again or would never recommend to anyone. It started out good but when they sold me a part that wouldn't work with the system I was working on it went bad but they did give me my money back. The older gentlemen felt as though he had to tell me what he thought in front of another customer. He went on telling me I didn't know what I was doing that he was giving me my money back but not to ever come back into his store cause now he had that money invested into my well and I had no clue what I was doing. He said that I was trying to make that type system draw 70' when it only would draw 25' to 30' .
This msv150 3 stage pump will draw at least 100' so I think he needs to study a little before he embarrasses someone in his shop. And I also brought the old part with me when I purchased the one they sold me and I said it was different and I was told it would work. Also I bought the right part for half of what I was charged here.

Great customer service! The people there try to help no matter what the problem. They give recommendations but allow you to pick the person you are comfortable with.

Be aware! Dunnellon plumbing suggesting or referring bad licensed and insured plumbers . The guy they referred me to who they said was fair priced and will do a good job, was caught drinking on the job, never pulled a permit and took about a month complete my irrigation!! They only referred him because he buys most all his supplies from them. It all came down to the bottom dollar! Not the customers welfare!
As a single women its hard enough trusting anyone, but for my local plumbing store to refer this clown was just uncalled for!
