      a great place to drop in when traveling. everyone is inviting and friendly. i learned a lot.

      Super friendly staff and trianers with a wide variety of backgrounds and specialties. They constantly impressed me with the amount of knowledge possessed and how well they can translate that information into better body movement. It's a must try.
