I'm five months in and haven't had any problems, yet.The staff seem less likely to kiss your a$$ than most customer service, but they seem more likely to follow through with your contract and not screw you over. The layout is too tight and very moving van unfriendly. Also, the road outside the place has parking on only one side. Good thing for signs.

This place has to win the award for the WORST DURANGO BUSINESS. They have no respect for others, their customers, their neighbors. They are in a constant battle with the everyone that walks in the door. The manages carry guns so be careful not to piss them off. These people are EVIL

The landlords of this complex are very unprofessional and rude. The gentleman that runs this place has yelled at me several times for parking my vehicle on the "wrong side" of the alley's. This place is outdated and very tight, I couldn't imagine anyone driving anything longer than 15 ft through the complex.
