Honestly, AVOID THIS BUSINESS AS IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!!!!!!!!!!!No Fooling! When I was a client the above warning did not exist. I sure wish it did. I didn't know the truth until my life ACTUALLY did depend on this business and it's services. I nearly died. I had a nervous breakdown, gave them $12,000. just to have my entire life taken away from me because of their heartless ways of what they say is practicing law. There are several other competent, caring and alot less expensive attorneys in Durango that won't take advantage of you when you're most vunerable. I received exagerated billing statements, papers were not filed with the courts on time, instructed to produce absurd amounts of fincial statements that were irrelevant, my requests for motions to be filed with the court that would have proven to be extremely beneficial to me were dismissed causing the outcome to be worse than if I had no atty. at all. In the end I lost everything I spent my life working toward. HONEST
