I never wanted to send my dog this place because when I'd come to tour the place, they wouldn't let me see where the dogs actually stayed. This weekend, with the fires and evacuations, I had no choice. We came to pick him up a few minutes ago and he has several red scrapes on him and seems to have lost weight!! While we were there, another poor dog was in there barking his head off and the SURLY attendant SCREAMED, "QUIT IT!!" at the poor animal. Then looked at us shrugged and said, "That's how we roll." DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE!!!

Puppy Love Grooming is ABSOLUTELY the best in the area! Given our wonderful experiences with all of our dogs, we are confident in saying the owner and her staff are wonderful, professional, and caring people with all the pets they provide service for each day.

Given the fact we moved to this area from Lexington, KY where we had great vets and groomers, it is truly a blessing to finally have been referred to Puppy Love by a veterinarian in Farmington. We also found Bayfield Animal Hospital as a result of talking with Kris, so we gladly make the 90+ mile trip from our home in New Mexico for both Puppy Love and Bayfield Animal Hospital now without hesitation.

Puppy Love Kennel is the most caring facility in Durango. Even though it is an older facility, NO ONE takes more care to treat and groom the dogs to perfection. If a person asks, Kris, the owner, is more than happy to take extra time to help the owners select the correct food, how to groom pets between scheduled appointments and to make kenneling guests feel comfortable. The entire staff is well versed on the proper handling and controlling of animals to make the animal feel secure and safe! They are animal people through and through!

Puppy Love is great! We have our dogs groomed every other month, and they always do a fantastic job! They were very compassionate when our golden retriever got old and stiff; they took extra care to make her comfortable. We have also used them to board our animals, and they sent them home with a report card saying how wonderful the dogs behaved. I recommend them to everyone!

puppy love has been pretty good about helping me with grooming my babies . they do a good job , for the most part . the main lady there , idk her name , I cant remember it , she is blond and I am pretty sure she is the owner and main groomer , she has always had a major attitude with me . I honestly dont know what her problem with me is , but she acts as though I am bothering her , that I am a horrible person because my long haired shih tzu's happened to get matted . I brush my dogs daily , I take good care of my animals , they are everything to me .its not that I dont brush my dog , he will not let me .I love my dogs and do not do anything to desrve mistreatment . But the way this woman treats me it is as if I am terrible to my dogs . she calls me with a huge attitude and tells me she cant finish the job because my dog wasnt letting her .. ok now she knows why he was matted in the first place . I will NEVER take my babies there again because I never want to deal with woman being so rude and judgemental . she has offended me several times , idk why I went back after the last time , but she is right up the road , and the only one in durango that was willing to brush him out . she never mistreated my dogs , just me ...THE WOMAN IS SUPER RUDE !!!

THE OWNERS AND STAFF OF PUPPY LOVE ARE GREAT. PUPPY LOVE DOES AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB GROOMING PETS. AT PUPPY LOVE YOUR PETS ARE GOING TO RECEIVE THE UPMOST HUMANE TREAMENT. THEIR KENNEL SERVICE IS ALSO THE BEST IN TOWN. WE HAVE BEEN TAKING OUR PETS HERE FOR WELL OVER FIFTEEN YEARS AND NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE SERVICE OUR PETS HAVE RECEIVED!
