Thank you for your excellent customer service! Our room might have been a little small for the length of our stay, but your customer service was superb. So good to see young, well-groomed, enthusiastic faces. Many thanks to Michael for helping resolve our Internet issues.

Received a call from the front desk after getting in the room to confirm that everything was acceptable. nice touch. Forgot some things in the room. Mary at the front desk was very helpful. They arrived in a few days. This was a big help.

The young man that checked us in did an awesome job of showing us the motel & answered any questions about the area, and the best route to Denver! He needs to be commended!

Primary reason for staying at Quality is that they accept pets. I travel with my 3 small rescue dogs. I am looking to relocate to Durango from Denver. If I have a question the clerks always have a answer for me. Keep up the good customer service.

Everyone was wonderful! Carol was very helpful every day - she brought us breakfast because my husband is on oxygen, she knew great places to eat she knew how to get places - our stay was GREAT
