I told him not to worry, the gal at the front desk wrote his name down in a book, August 2013- so I new they had a record of it. I gave my brother the $50.00 dollars as he moved to Arizona yesterday. This morning I called up to arrange a family portrait. She said it was "our tough luck, we were out the $50.00", "it's like loosing cash when you loose a gift card with her business!" When I explained she even had a record of it, she claimed on the back of her gift card it says she is not responsible for lost gift cards. DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD FROM THIS BUSINESS! Then when I explained I too run a small business and I have a record or every purchase, she claimed she would have helped me but she didn't like my attitude? When I explained my attitude has become bad because you are saying I lost $50.00
