During a road trip to AZ , a friend and I had some car trouble in Alamosa. Under a time constraint, I brought my 850 to TIm & Andy in Durango (4 hours from Alamosa) via a Uhaul trailer. We arrived around 2:30 pm. They had me back on the road by 5pm. Tim even loaned me his 240 to drop off the Uhaul and get some dinner during the interim. The repair was diagnosed quickly and repaired on the spot. I could not have asked for a better experience.

These guys are awesome! I brought my family for a ski vacation and lost my key for my XC90. I called my dealer in Phoenix who informed me I would need to tow my car to a Volvo dealer (the closest one is 280 miles away in Albuquerque). Someone at the ski lodge told me there was a Volvo repair shop in Durango. I called them and Tim (owner) told me to tow the car over. He had me sign a form for Volvo to make a new key so that I would not need new locks. He ordered the new key, downloaded the software, and had my car back on the road the next day. My dealer could not believe an independent shop in a small town had the computer program and know how to make it work. Tim and Andy are awesome! The Volvo drivers in the small mountain town of Durango are lucky to have such a Volvo shop.

poor poor service, brought the car down for service had to bring the car for the same issue. would not recommend

Poor service. I brought my Volvo there on two separate occassions. Each time it came back worse than before. Costing me a small fortune.
