I had ordered a package to be shipped to my work which is literally within baseball throwing distance from the UPS center. They received my package and somehow were unable to find the address of my work where we receive items daily, so they changed the delivery address of their own accord. They barely looked at the billing address apparently because it was delivered to the wrong house on my street. Did they try and contact me for any information when something didn't come up right? No they did not and I could have been out over $700 on the delivered item. Fortunately my neighbors are smarter than the UPS center because they brought it to my house.

Twice now they have failed to deliver packages. The last time I called them and explained the situation and I was told that I was making false accusations. I was told that if the driver said I do not live here, then I do not live here. Also, the driver said that there is an apartment number missing from the address. There are no apartments in area that that I live in. If U.P.S. cannot deliver packages that they have been paid to deliver, then everyone needs to hire some other company to do the deliveries. Why pay two to three times to have the same package delivered to the same address. This might be a good way to make money. If the United States Post Office was this bad, I bet they could make money to.
