The people that answer the phones are THE meanest, short, nasty people I have ever talked to on the phone. You tell them what you need to know and they cut you off. I understand it is busy, but if they would let you explain what you need, it would take less of their time. My previous doctor sent out notices when my son was due for vacines. They don't and they make you feel like a neglectful person cause you child is not up to date on his shots. I am not a doctor, I do not know when and how often they need to get shots.



This isn't the first time they have been rude.



Would not refer anyone to this place.
