Her practice includes the representation of estates, trusts, and beneficiaries in disputes before the Orphans Court. Michelle works with clients to structure the optimal transfer of a clients wealth to younger generations with minimal tax consequences.Former Solicitor to the Borough of East Greenville, Michelle is experienced in drafting and implementing resolutions and ordinances, complying with the Right to Know law, and dealing with zoning and land use issues and tax appeals.Michelle serves as a Montgomery County Arbitrator, and teaches a number of law courses at Cedar Crest College.Michelle is a board member of Frederick Living, a Mennonite Health Services not-for-profit continuing care retirement community; The Gulack Foundation; and the Upper Perkiomen YMCA.
